How is nwmoon different from Duolingo or a private tutor?

Apps are games. Private tutors are just conversations. nwmoon is infrastructure. Your teacher knows exactly what you practiced with the AI this morning. The AI knows exactly what your teacher corrected yesterday. Nothing falls through the cracks.

Do I have to commit to a long contract?

No. Packages are fixed lesson bundles (12, 28, or 52 lessons) with a validity window, not a subscription lock-in. No automatic renewals. You choose, you schedule, you're done when you're done.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Your first lesson is free, with no package required. You meet your teacher, get a placement assessment, and see the system before spending anything.

What if I miss a lesson or fall behind?

You can reschedule as long as you give at least 24 hours' notice before the meeting. Your validity window is built to absorb normal life, so you won't lose sessions to a busy week.

What if I don't improve?
