At nwmoon Education, your child's safety is our highest priority. We have strict rules and protections in place to ensure every student can learn in a secure and supportive environment.
• All lessons are designed with child safeguarding first.
• We have zero tolerance for abuse, harassment, grooming, or inappropriate behavior.
• We follow strict privacy standards in line with GDPR and international best practices.
• All lessons are audio-recorded for quality and safety monitoring.
• Parents may request access to recordings if they have concerns.
• Lessons take place only through approved platforms; off-platform teaching is not allowed.
• Teachers must maintain a professional teaching space (quiet, appropriate background, professional dress).
Every teacher at nwmoon:
• Until our internal messaging system is fully launched, only WhatsApp or Telegram may be used for scheduling lessons, never social media.
• Once our platform for messaging is available, all communication will move there.
• Teachers are strictly forbidden from contacting students outside approved channels.
Parents must give consent for students under 16 to participate.

We encourage students, parents, and teachers to speak up immediately if anything feels wrong.

All safety reports are reviewed within 24 hours. In urgent cases, teachers may be suspended immediately, and authorities contacted if necessary.
