At nwmoon Education LLC (“nwmoon”), we value fairness and transparency. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, lesson cancellations, and subscription changes work.
You may request a refund for unused lessons at any time.
Refunds apply only to unused lessons. Completed lessons are non-refundable.
Refunds are calculated based on the number of remaining lessons, minus:
Example: If you purchased a 28-lesson package for €600 (21.42 €/lesson) and already used 10 lessons plus 2 free bonus lessons, the refund will be the unused balance minus the value of the 2 bonus lessons.
The 52-lesson package includes a minimum commitment of 2 lessons per week. This package may be transferable between families, but refunds are calculated on the same basis as above.
Expiry: Packages must be used within their validity periods:
Refunds are not available for expired lessons.
Monthly subscriptions: You may cancel at any time, and no further payments will be taken. Already-paid months are not refundable.
EU/EEA consumers: Under EU law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. However, by starting lessons or using platform features during this period, you consent to waive your right of withdrawal for those services already delivered.
Students may cancel or reschedule lessons up to 8 hours in advance without penalty.
If a student cancels with less than 8 hours’ notice or does not attend, the lesson is considered delivered and will be deducted from the package/subscription.
If a teacher cancels with less than 8 hours’ notice or does not attend, the student will receive a free replacement lesson at no cost.
If a lesson cannot be completed due to a student’s internet/device issue, the lesson will still be counted as delivered.
If a lesson cannot be completed due to a teacher’s internet/device issue, the student will receive a free replacement lesson.
Repeated technical issues are monitored and may result in teacher penalties or contract termination.
If lessons cannot be provided due to teacher misconduct or a failure by nwmoon to deliver services as promised, the affected lessons will be refunded in full or credited to the student’s account, at nwmoon’s discretion.
Refunds are issued in the original payment currency and processed to the original payment method.
Currency conversion costs and bank fees are borne by the student/parent.
Refunds are not guaranteed in cases where services cannot be provided due to events beyond nwmoon’s reasonable control, including but not limited to; natural disasters, war, government restrictions, internet outages, etc.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after approval, minus any applicable deductions outlined in this Policy.
Refund disputes will be handled under our Terms & Conditions, governed by Armenian law.
